Gertrude Stein

We got a chance to interview the legendary art dealer Gertrude Stein in her Upper West Side apartment. As a close friend of the late artist Dorothy Gillespie, Gertrude was able to tell us what life was like for Dorothy and other artists in the 1940s. Gertrude is still going strong in her nineties and will appear in our film Dorothy Gillespie: A Life In Color. We also took a moment to enjoy her breathtaking view of Central Park.
